OUR GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee the quality of ALL Don Abram Harris Cigars, and your satisfaction with that quality. If you find a problem with your cigars, please contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot satisfy you with replacements, simply return the defective cigars to us (shipment must be received within 14 days of your order) and contact us at: refunds@donabramharris.com or by phone at +1 240-654-3341 to inform us of your return. A full refund of the invoiced price will be issued. We cannot refund returned shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

SHIPPING FOR USA CUSTOMERS:

We ship predominantly through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) for all online orders. When you have completed your order, and are ready to "Check Out", the Order Form will calculate your shipping for you. To verify you agree to the shipping total you will need to select the shipping drop down and select the shipping rate. FREE shipping is available for orders over 20 items.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ERRORS TO UNINSURED ORDERS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

WE DO NOT TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLINE. Due to varying national policies regarding personal importation of cigars, and the wide range of shipping costs, we are unable to take international orders through our online store. All international orders are handled via telephone (+1 240-654-3341).
